The suite

Three tools for running your restaurant.

Start with the tool you need. Each app has its own job, with a familiar layout across the suite. Scheduler is ready for testing with other restaurants. Food Cost and Reporter are coming next.

In daily use

Innate Scheduler

Build your weekly schedule, review any gaps, and send it to your team by email and text. Handle time off, shift trades, and callouts from your phone.

  • Rules-based drafts that respect training, availability, time off, and limits
  • Requests with their impact shown before you approve
  • See who can cover a shift and why

In development

Innate Food Cost

Being built to keep your plate costs current. Photograph invoices, check the details, and enter recipes by voice or text. Approve a price change and the dishes using that ingredient update.

  • Review ingredient prices from invoice photos
  • Exact units, pack sizes, trim yields, and prep recipes
  • Plate cost and food cost % that stay current
Explore Food Cost
Planned

Innate Reporter

Planned: one report each Monday with last week’s sales, labor, guest feedback, and the week ahead. The information your management team needs, ready for the meeting.

  • Built automatically from your POS and the other systems you connect
  • Comparisons with last week, the 13-week average, and last year
  • Missing data shows as missing, never as zero

Why this exists

I wanted software that worked the way we do.

I’m Gabe Georis. I grew up in restaurants and have owned and operated bars and restaurants for 17 years. When I looked for scheduling software, the options I tried were hard for my team to learn or missing things we needed. Other owners were having the same problems.

So I built Innate Scheduler. We’ve used it in my restaurant since early 2026, and I’ve kept improving it with feedback from my managers and staff. Food Cost and Reporter come from the same place: work we already do, made easier.

More about Gabe

How we build

Useful, straightforward, and easy to learn.

Restaurant software should help you get the work done. These are the things I keep coming back to as I build.

01

Easy for your team to learn

You should be able to publish a schedule or approve a request from your phone without digging through a manual. If a screen is confusing, it needs work.

02

Start simple, switch on the rest

A new restaurant starts with the essentials. Availability, skill levels, trades, and on-call are each one switch away, and the assistant can be switched off at any time. Turning a tool off hides it, and its data is never deleted.

03

The software proposes, you decide

A draft schedule, a parsed invoice, and a suggested meeting decision are all proposals. Nothing changes a schedule, a cost, or a commitment until a person confirms it.

04

Clear about what it doesn't know

An open shift says why it's open. A plate cost with a missing price says Incomplete. A report with a failed source shows a gap, never a zero. A text that was only accepted by the carrier is never reported as read.

05

Affordable for independent restaurants

Keeping the cost down matters. The trial is free, and restaurants that use the software for at least three months and give active feedback qualify for the suite free for the life of their restaurant.

06

Built to grow with you

Each restaurant has its own data and a record of schedule changes. We test changes before release and are building the tools to work for more restaurants as the suite grows.
